Well its the time of year when GUyanese seem to be most happy and the parties really start to flow. Which is also followed by rain but I'm wondering is thats going to keep you guys from going out there and have some fun.

So tell me whats going to be your party of the year... is it still to come or has it pass and who is going to let the rain stop them?
